Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director – Finance, ICT and Administration is responsible for providing strategic business planning, supervising/conducting all financial operations, and managing the ICT and administrative duties of the company. He should ensure financial integrity and accountability and maintain internal controls, oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with other departments; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status and cash flows through timely and accurate management and statutory reports, developing the organization’s ICT vision and translating it into actionable goals, coordinating daily administrative functions.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, ICT, Accountancy or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • MBA/MBL/MSc. Strategic Management or any other relevant Master’s degree is must.
  • Sound knowledge of an ERP System
  • Membership to a professional body
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience working in a managerial role.
  • Must demonstrate Project management, negotiation, knowledge of finance law and be adequately informed of changing patterns and new laws introduced.
  • He/she must be; decisive, creative, initiative, highly motivated, flexible, a team player, analytical, able to work to tight deadlines, possessing good communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
